Content Moderation Policy

Overview

Swaygen wants to be a safe and responsible place to create with AI. This policy explains what content is not allowed, how requests are checked, and what happens when the rules are broken. It works together with our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service.

How Requests Are Checked

Model provider safety systems: every generation request is processed by the third-party model you select. These providers apply their own safety filters, and a request or result that breaks their rules may be rejected. If a generation is rejected, the credits used for it are returned.
Review of reports and misuse: we review content and accounts when we receive a report or detect misuse of the service, and take the actions described below.

Prohibited Content

You must not create, upload or request:

Sexual content involving minors in any form. We report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities.
Sexually explicit content or nudity of realistic people.
Non-consensual content: intimate imagery of real people, or content that sexualises, humiliates or harasses a real person.
Deceptive impersonation: deepfakes intended to mislead, fake documents or IDs, or content that falsely presents itself as coming from a real person or organisation.
Violence and harm: extreme gore, glorification of violence or terrorism, promotion of self-harm or eating disorders.
Hate and harassment: content that attacks people based on protected characteristics, or targets individuals with abuse.
Illegal activity: content that facilitates crime, weapons or drug manufacture, or that infringes others' intellectual property.

Enforcement

Depending on the severity and how often it happens, we may:

remove the content from your account;
warn you by email;
temporarily restrict generation on your account;
suspend or permanently close the account. Accounts closed for serious violations are not eligible for refunds.

Reporting and Appeals

To report content, or to appeal a decision about your account, email [email protected] with:

the email address of the account involved,
a link, screenshot or description of the content, and
the reason for your report or appeal.

We usually reply within 1–2 business days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as AI models and safety practices change. We will post the updated version on this page and change the date above.
